Carlos Henriques Saraiva is an Associate in the Real Estate team and is part of the ESG Task Force.
He specializes in real estate law. His experience includes legal advice on real estate investments and acquisitions, directly or indirectly, providing support in various real estate projects, particularly in due diligence, drafting contracts, in particular, promissory contracts and lease agreements, and preparing and monitoring public deeds.
Carlos also provides legal assistance in tourism projects.
