João Pinheiro da Silva is a Partner in the Real Estate team and is part of the ESG Task Force.

With over 20 years of experience, he has been involved in the largest real estate operations in Portugal and advised investors and developers on the financing of transactions, including real estate investment funds.

He also has wide experience in the development of various tourism projects, namely tourism developments.

João is ranked as Leading Partner for Real Estate and Construction by Legal 500, 2025. He is also ranked as Highly Recommended for Real Estate by Leaders League, 2026. Moreover, he is recognised for Real Estate Law, by Best Lawyer, 2025.

Joined CMS Portugal in 2021.
