CMS Portugal advises SOLYD Property Developers on the acquisition of a land plot in Alta de Lisboa
CMS Portugal advised SOLYD Property Developers on the acquisition of a land plot for construction located in Alta de Lisboa, within the scope of the Alto do Lumiar Urban Development Plan (PUAL), in the parish of Lumiar.
The multidisciplinary team at CMS Portugal that assisted SOLYD Property Developers throughout the entire acquisition process was led by Coordinating Partner in the Real Estate practice area João Pinheiro da Silva and Senior Associate Sandra Teixeira Arsénio.
The plot, with a total area of approximately 10,000 sqm, benefits from a municipal subdivision permit allowing the development of four independent buildings, comprising approximately 300 residential units, together with retail and service amenities, providing a significant and integrated contribution to addressing the area's housing and mobility needs.
