Sandra Teixeira Arsénio is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team.

She specializes in real estate and tourism law, having also experience in banking & and finance law.

Her experience includes legal advice on real estate investments and acquisition, global monitoring of real estate projects, notably the drafting of sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, construction, and project management agreements, other forms of assignment of use or exploitation, real estate financing agreements and monitoring of the respective negotiations;

She also assists in the development of tourism projects, namely concerning the drafting and negotiation of agreements for the purchase and sale of tourist resorts and respective units.

Moreover, she is also well-versed in anti-money laundering and combating terrorist financing, in particular through the creation and revision of policies and training courses.

Sandra is recommended for Real Estate and Construction by Legal 500, 2025.
