André Gaspar is a Senior Associate in the Tax team.
He develops his activity with particular emphasis on tax litigation and tax audits before the Portuguese Tax Authority and the administrative and judicial Courts. He also provides legal assistance in corporate reorganisations, indirect taxes, and personal income.
André is acknowledged as Recommended for Tax by Legal 500, 2025 and, he is recognised for Tax, as Ones to Watch, by Best Lawyers fpr the past years.
