CMS Portugal was recognised by the ITR (International Tax Review) World Tax 2026 in the areas of General Corporate Tax (Tier 2), Private Clients (Tier 2), Tax Controversy (Other Notable) and Indirect Tax (Tier 2).
Seven CMS Portugal lawyers were also recognised:
Patrick Dewerbe was highlighted as Highly Regarded for Tax Controversy;
Tiago Machado Graça was distinguished as Highly Regarded for General Corporate Tax;
Nuno Figueirôa Santos was distinguished as Notable Practitioner for General Corporate Tax and Indirect Tax;
Maria Figueiredo was recognised as Highly Regarded and Women in Tax Leader for General Corporate Tax;
Mónica Santos Costa was highlighted as Highly Regarded and Women in Tax Leader for General Corporate Tax;
Mariana Coentro Ribeiro was distinguished as a Rising Star for Transactional Tax;
André Gaspar, who enters the ranking for the first time, was distinguished as a Rising Star for Tax Controversy.
