André Guimarães is a Managing Associate in the Corporate M&A team and is part of the ESG Task Force.
With almost 10 years of experience, his main areas of focus are corporate law, capital markets, and private equity.
He advises on the acquisition and disposal of companies, structuring of international partnerships, and M&A transactions at a national and international level.
