Catarina Gil Jorge is a Senior Associate in the Employment, Labour & Pensions team and is part of the ESG Task Force.
With 20 years of experience in labour and social security law, she assists several clients in day-to-day employment law and Human Resources, notably conducting and filing disciplinary procedures, drafting legal opinions, defining employee hiring policies, and organizing working hours.
Catarina is also a member of the staff restructuring team, conducting negotiation processes, collective layoffs, and redundancies.
She acts for some of the major players in the market, assisting domestic and international clients from a range of sectors, notably financial services and aviation.
