The 12-month period for implementing the Pay Gap Assessment Plan is coming to an end

On this page

The 12-month period for implementing the Pay Gap Assessment Plan (‘Plan’) is coming to an end, and at the end of this period you must notify the Labour Conditions Authority (‘ACT’) of the results of such implementation, showing the justified salary differences and the correction of unjustified salary differences.

If you received a notification from the ACT in February 2023 to submit the Plan and if you submitted the Plan in July 2023, this information is for you!

We recall that differences in pay that the employer does not justify under the legal terms are presumed to be discriminatory.

Do not let the deadline pass! If you need advice, do not hesitate to contact our Labour Law & Pension Funds team, which has lawyers dedicated to sustainability matters such as equal pay and gender equality.
