Catarina Teles de Menezes is an Associate in the Public Law team.
Catarina advises in pre-contractual litigation, challenges to administrative acts, claims for the performance of administrative acts, challenges to legal norms and condemnations of the issuance of legal regulations and actions for the State’s non-contractual liability.
She also advises public entities on the initiation and monitoring of administrative offence proceedings, as well as private entities in the preparation of written defences and judicial appeals and administrative bodies in proposing legislative amendments.
