The Real Estate team at CMS Portugal advised the Pestana Group on the commercialisation of the Pestana Comporta development.
The legal support provided by CMS Portugal included the commercialisation phase, ensuring the appropriate legal structuring of the operation and the project's compliance with the legal framework applicable to tourism and real estate developments.
The team involved in coordinating the various parties, ensuring an integrated and efficient approach appropriate to the complexity and scale of the operation, was led by the Coordinating Partner of the real estate practice area, João Pinheiro da Silva, and also included the participation of Senior Associate Sandra Teixeira Arsénio, Associate Carlos Henriques Saraiva and Trainee Lawyer Duarte Castro Rodrigues.
