CMS Portugal advises Atland Voisin on the acquisition of a portfolio of senior living residences located in Portugal

The Real Estate team at CMS Portugal advised Atland Voisin on the acquisition of 4 senior living residences located in Braga, Santarém, Leiria and Coimbra, for circa 20M.

The senior living residences have been acquired by two funds managed by Atland Voisin, on the basis of a sale and lease back process, involving extensive legal and operational preparations to ensure the non-interruption of the underlying operation.

CMS Portugal provided legal support throughout all phases of the project, which included, in the first phase, legal due diligence, the creation of Portuguese branches, and assistance with the negotiation of all transaction documents.
