Leonor Barata da Cunha is an Associate in the Employment, Labour & Pensions team and is part of the ESG Task Force.
She develops her activity mainly in labour and social security Law, providing day-to-day labour advice to a roster of domestic and international clients, spanning a range of sectors.
She is also experienced in labour litigation and labour administrative offence proceedings.
She also executes labour audits, to assess the employment risks and contingencies related to company sales and purchases.
