Mafalda Carvalho Ribeiro is an Associate in the Public Law team.
Mafalda focuses her practice on administrative litigation, representing public entities and private clients in actions for the annulment of administrative acts, actions seeking the adoption of administrative acts, pre-contractual litigation proceedings, and precautionary proceedings. She also provides legal advice to various public administration entities and private clients in their dealings with public authorities.
She is also active in the field of public procurement, advising economic operators at all stages of pre-contractual procedures, including the review of tender documents and the preparation and revision of bids, as well as assisting with contract performance, including the management and resolution of disputes arising therefrom. She also supports public entities in the drafting of tender documents and the preparation of the necessary supporting documentation.
