Margarida Rosenbusch is a Managing Associate in the Employment, Labour & Pensions team.
With over 20 years of experience, she predominantly operates in the fields of Labour Law and Social Security, providing day-to-day legal advice to both domestic and international clients across various sectors, notably manufacturing, telecommunications, transport/logistics and on-demand delivery, retail, aviation, and banking and financial services.
She leads the employment litigation team, offering legal assistance in a range of judicial proceedings, including dismissal challenges, claims for wages, presumption of employment contracts in the context of digital platforms, occupational accident claims, and other employment, regulatory and social security litigation.
Margarida has also extensive experience in labour-law advisory work for corporate transactions involving transfers of employees under establishment-transfer rule (TUPE) operations, staff restructuring, and redundancy programmes.
Margarida is recommended for Employment by Legal 500, 2025. She is also recognised for Labour and Employment Law by Best Lawyers for the past years.
