Margarida Rosenbusch and Miguel Almeida e Costa, Coordinating Associates in the Labor Law & Pension Funds practice at CMS Portugal, have written an opinion piece for Human Resources Portugal on the challenges and implications of the proposed labor law reform for 2026.
According to the authors:
“The Executive has put forward a ‘bunch’ of measures aimed at adapting labor legislation to Economy 4.0, but pressing issues such as wage inequality and the impacts of new technologies remain unaddressed.”
