Sonangol EP has launched a simplified tender for the EPCC (including financing) of the terminal at Barra do Dande in Bengo and for the associated supervision of works. Despite Sonangol having already invited 45 entities, the tender is open to other participants who may, until 24 February 2021, contact Sonangol in order to obtain the terms of reference - this contact should be made via specific emails set up for the tender, which we may provide at your request. Lack of a financing component to a technical and commercial proposal is not an elimination factor. Sonangol has also signalled that, although not relevant for the time being and this tender, the implementation phase of this project should ideally take the form of a joint venture.
