On the past December 12th 2011, the Council of Ministers approved the text of the draft law that consolidates the 6th alteration of the Code of Insolvency and Corporate Recovery (CIRE) and essentially aims to simplify formalities and procedures and introduces the new special process of revitalization.
The idea is to rehabilitate the already known PEC (Stability and Growth Plan) that used to be conducted by IAPMEI, simplifying and speeding up its procedure.
