Today, December 13, 2021, it was published the Ministerial Order no. 294/2021 that updates the amount of the Social Support Index (IAS) for the year 2022.
The amount, which is currently EUR 438.81 (four hundred thirty eight euros and eighty one cents), will thus, with effects from January 1, 2022, be EUR 443.20 (four hundred forty three euros and twenty cents), which corresponds to an increase of around 1%.
This increase will be reflected, namely, in the payment of social benefits such as unemployment allowance, as well as in the calculation of monthly contributions of non-remunerated and non-exempt statutory bodies or of domestic service under the conventional regime.
