CMS South Africa welcomes Senior Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer to enhance its Dispute Resolution Practice

The South African office of CMS, a leading global law firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Bridget Letsholo to our Johannesburg office. Bridget Letsholo, an expert in restructuring, insolvency and business rescue, joins our dynamic dispute resolution team as a Director, and as the Head of the Business Restructuring & Insolvency practice.

With over 10 years of experience in the legal industry, Bridget has garnered a stellar reputation for excellence in handling complex restructuring, insolvency, turnaround and business rescue cases. She has successfully guided numerous high-profile clients through financial distress, ensuring their strategic and legal interests are safeguarded. Over the years, she has built practice advising financial institutions, credit insurers and creditors across all major sectors.

Bridget holds an LLB from University of Pretoria and is recognized as a thought leader in the field, frequently speaking at industry conferences and contributing to legal publications. She is also actively involved in various professional associations, including SARIPA and IWIRC and is one of the founding directors of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation for Southern Africa.
