CMS is pleased to announce the appointment of rail and transport specialist David Moore as a partner in the Infrastructure and Project Finance team in London. David joins the firm from Dentons.
David is an experienced Transport and Infrastructure lawyer, with considerable experience advising on railway franchises, infrastructure development and operation, rolling stock procurement and regulation. He has extensive experience developing transport infrastructure on a PPP basis and has worked on projects throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
