Effective immediately, Anna Wieser (30) is an attorney-at-law in the corporate transactions team at international law firm CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz. In her work, she specialises in mergers & acquisitions, corporate law as well as banking and finance.
Anna Wieser studied international business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business as well as law at the University of Vienna with a special focus on the fields of business law and international financing. She earned a doctorate with her dissertation on “Private Law Enforcement in Austrian Antitrust Law”.
In 2013, Anna Wieser joined the CMS corporate transactions team in Vienna as an associate, where she will now continue her work as an attorney-at-law. Besides mergers & acquisitions, she specialises in the areas of corporate law and banking & finance. She also advises clients on all matters of national and international transactions, restructuring measures for corporate groups and corporate finance.
