Led by partner Georg Gutfleisch (Corporate/M&A, Real Estate, Energy), a team at CMS Vienna has advised Florian Prasky and Katharina Porenta on the formation of the flexible company a wattwise FlexCo, which will offer a broad range of services related to decentralised energy supply. The focus will be on planning, implementation and operation of energy communities and communal generation systems.
