Andreas Lichtenberger is a lawyer specialising primarily in data protection, technology and commercial law. He has extensive experience in handling complex IT, technology and data protection projects as well as drafting and negotiating IT contracts. He advises national and international companies, IT service providers and software users on all aspects of IT law and data protection law.
Andreas joined CMS in October 2016 to work as a paralegal during his business law studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He became an associate in the practice areas IP, TMC and Commercial in February 2019. Since February 2024, Andreas has been a lawyer at CMS, with a focus on TMC, data protection and commercial law.
Andreas gained international experience during a study visit to Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
