Martin Zuffer specialises in Capital Markets Law. He is a partner at CMS and head of the banking and capital markets law team. He also advises on Corporate Law and Private Equity

Zuffer advises leading companies, banks and financial institutions on transactions as well as on regulatory issues in the area of banking and capital markets law. In the course of his 15 years of professional experience, he has advised on a large number of domestic and foreign IPOs and secondary offerings as well as bond issues. 

Zuffer is the author of numerous publications on banking and capital markets law.
