We published an article here a year ago about the topic “crowdfunding- when private parties stand in for banks,” which was concluded with an overview of the possible changes to the law which would make crowdfunding easier. The planned Alternative Financing Act now presents a legal framework for alternative financing which should accommodate the needs of start-ups and innovative new companies as well as projects carried out as part of citizen participation initiatives.
