We assisted Proximus in connection with the acquisition of Mobile Vikings, a so-called MVNO or Mobile Virtual Network Operator, from DPG. The transaction is subject to clearance by the Belgian Competition Authority.
The CMS Belgium team who assisted Proximus was composed of Arnaud Van Oekel, David Prync, Candice Kunkera, Tom De Cordier, Thomas Dubuisson, Dirk Van Liedekerke, Romain Alderweireldt and Matthieu Van Lierde, Sophie Berg and Océane De Ridder.
