CMS advise on EUR 52m financing for BESS projects in Bulgaria

CMS has advised DSK on approximately EUR 52m in project financing for the development and construction of four battery energy storage projects in Bulgaria. The borrower, ZD Group, is part of Green Solar Energy group. The financing will support the construction and operation of four BESS projects (Breznik, Yakoruda, Zlataritsa and Targovishte) with a planned combined capacity of 360 megawatt-hours.

The CMS team included Borislava Piperkova, Kostadin Sirleshtov, Viktoriya Dimitrova, Lyuba Bozova-Peshovska, Stoyana Petrova and Niya Ivanova (Energy, Projects and Construction).
