CMS assisted YGY Industries on its successful sale of 100% of its subsidiary Helios Storage EAD to Timnat Energy Ltd. and Colmobil Energy Ltd., including the completion of FDI procedures.
Helios Storage EAD is an SPV developing a 317 MWh standalone BESS project. Helios Storage EAD received a commitment for an EUR 8m grant for the project from the Bulgarian Ministry of Energy under the Recovery and Resilience Plan of the EU.
The CMS team was led by partner Borislava Piperkova and included Vaska Solakova, Viktoriya Dimitrova-Toneva, Stoyana Petrova and Niya Ivanova (Energy, Projects and Construction).
