Ana is an Associate at the Firm in the areas of Technology, Media & Communications and Antitrust, Competition & Trade. She holds a law degree from Universidad de los Andes, where she also earned a specialization in Public Management and Administrative Institutions, and an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley.
She has nine years of experience in her practice areas, during which she has advised governments, international organizations, and private sector associations in Latin America and Central Asia on matters related to e-commerce and digital transformation.
In addition, she has participated in the design and implementation of legal reforms and public policies aimed at promoting social inclusion, economic development, and the adoption of digital technologies. Her experience includes serving as a consultant for the World Bank in Washington, D.C., and as an advisor at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and the National Planning Department.
