Andrés Felipe is a Junior Associate at the Firm in the Real Estate and Construction Law practice area. He has four years of experience advising national clients in the real estate, construction, and retail sectors, among others, on matters such as the development of due diligence reports for real estate and construction projects, the structuring of real estate transactions—including business collaboration and trust models—the design and execution of legal strategies for the financing and acquisition of real estate, and the drafting and review of pre-contractual documents and standard-form agreements for real estate developments.
He holds a law degree and a specialization in Commercial Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia, and he is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Tax Law at the same university.
