David is a paralegal in the Tax, Customs, and International Trade practice group at CMS Rodríguez-Azuero. He is currently completing his law degree and is about to begin his legal clerkship.
He has two years of experience, and his practice focuses on tax law matters, as well as administrative and judicial proceedings related to tax matters.
David has advised domestic clients on matters related to tax assessment and dispute resolution proceedings, administrative appeals, collection proceedings, and proceedings before tax authorities. He has also assisted in the preparation of legal opinions, petitions, appeals, complaints, and other documents related to tax and administrative disputes, including proceedings before the National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN).
