Edna is an Associate for the Firm in the Energy & Climate Change team. She has more than 25 years of experience advising national and international clients in the areas of procedural, commercial and family law, providing general advice to corporations and private sector companies, especially in the hydrocarbons sector. She specializes in the enforcement of easement processes such as gas pipelines, oil pipelines and electric energy. She has also participated in the drafting and negotiation of different types of civil and commercial contracts.
She has a law degree from Universidad Externado de Colombia and a specialization in Commercial and Family Law from the same institution.
