Felipe is Partner of the Firm and coheads the Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property practices. In the Dispute Resolution practice, he is an advisor and litigator in Arbitration and judicial proceedings regarding disputes related to contract and tort, civil and state liability, infringement of intellectual property rights and disputes in the infrastructure sector. In the area of Intellectual Property, he focuses his practice on advising on plant variety protection (Plant Breeders’ Rights), handling and management of intellectual property rights, technology transfer, protection of intangible assets within organizations, as well as advising on issues related to the enforcement and defence of intellectual property rights.
Felipe is a lawyer from the Universidad Externado de Colombia with a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property and Liability and Compensatory Damages; He has extensive experience in the areas of Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Litigation and has been an advisor in the area of legal consulting on Intellectual Property material, development of strategies for innovation and business development.
