Sara is an Associate for the Firm in the Real Estate practice. She is a lawyer from Universidad de los Andes with a master’s degree in Property Law from Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne, and has more than seven years of experience advising national and multinational clients in commercial law issues and structuring real estate projects for the housing and hotel sector through drafting framework investment agreements and structuring management trusts. Furthermore, she has done study of assets, lifting of mortgages, as well as the drafting and analysis of commercial contracts.
