Valentina is a Senior Associate for the Firm in the Employment & Pensions practice. She is a lawyer with a specialization from the Universidad del Norte in Employment Law and Social Security. She has more than 6 years of experience advising national and international clients in individual labour law and social security matters, providing advice on pension planning, contributions to social security, advise for expatriates and Colombians abroad on the proper application of bilateral agreements between Colombia and other countries in pension matters, advisory through the process of recognition of old age, disability and survivor’s pension, among others.
Valentina has also taught Social Security courses in Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
