CMS Rodríguez-Azuero Advises Agence Française de Développement (AFD) on a €150 Million Loan to Bogotá

The transaction underscores the importance of strategic partnerships between development finance institutions and local governments in advancing sustainable projects with a meaningful social impact, contributing to the strengthening of policies that promote greater equity and inclusion in Colombia’s capital city.
