We are continuing our webinar series on investments in Ukraine! Our third webinar, we will focus on establishing legal entities in Ukraine. Focus on supply chain logistics
Our fourth webinar of the series will focus on the supply chain logistics in Ukraine. Vitaliy Radchenko, the managing partner of CMS CMNO in Ukraine, and Nika Rassadina, Senior Associate at CMS Germany in Munich, together with external experts will discuss the wartime challenges for supply contracts, issues of transporting and installation of equipment, engaging local contractors, securing the insurance, and other logistical and legal difficulties international companies are learning to tackle.

Public instruments to promote and secure financing for investments and supplies to Ukraine
For many private companies, being able to secure financing is a make-or-break consideration for entering the market, when it comes to ‘de-risking’ their potential operations in Ukraine to an acceptable risk level.
Several public instruments are available for German and EU investors and suppliers but it may not always be easy to navigate through and identify the right tools for your investment.
