Lawyers for telecommunications

Our telecommunications lawyers work on corporate transactions in the telecoms sector at both local and international level as well as handling all legal issues with specific industry relevance.

They advise a wide range of telecommunications companies on all major contractual and regulatory issues in the field of telecommunications. This often involves consumer rights, for example in relation to data protection, liability for illegal downloads via WLAN and itemised bills.

Alongside drafting and negotiating all relevant telecommunications contracts, our lawyers specialising in telecommunications also advise on invitations to tender for telecommunications services. In addition, we advise companies on network access issues (including open access) and provide legal support for telecoms outsourcing projects.

Last but not least, we represent the interests of our clients before the courts and public authorities, including the German Federal Network Agency (BNetzA), German Federal Cartel Office and European Commission.

The contact details of our telecommunications lawyers are listed below. Please feel free to get in touch at any time.
