From the supervisory board meeting covering topics from data protection and competition law to venture capital: in our blog, we write about the latest news in all legal fields relevant to our law firm. In addition, we present the people behind CMS and provide the reader a behind-the-scenes view.

We started our blog in 2010. The number of visitors rose rapidly and our portal was quickly able to establish itself within the legal blog scene. Our blog was recognised as the best legal blog in the commercial law category in 2014 according to a survey of the Kartellblog. In 2015, our blog was awarded 1st place in the large law firm category.

The blog was awarded 2nd place under the category “Communication” at the 2015 PMN Management Awards. The law firm was recognised for having created a prestigious brand by virtue of the broad variety of topics and number of articles that reaches thousands of readers every month.

Of course the blog is only a source of information and not a substitute for legal advice.
