Stuttgart – All4Labels Global Packaging Group, an international manufacturer of packaging solutions and digital printing specialist, acquires Olympus Print Group. Olympus is considered the leading label manufacturer in the UK. With the acquisition, All4Labels plans to continue its global growth strategy. Olympus Print Group will be the UK subsidiary of All4Labels. The previous owners will remain active in the company's management as co-partners. All parties involved have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction. The transaction is subject to market-standard closing conditions.
