Eileen is Of Counsel based in our Glasgow office who specialises in transactional employment law.
She is known for her practical and straightforward approach and has over 15 years’ experience working primarily on TUPE transfers and the people issues which arise in M&A transactions and outsourcings. Eileen works primarily for FS clients but also has expertise in advising the public sector, and public sector service providers on the transfer of staff when there is a change of supplier.
Outside of work, Eileen enjoys live music and spending time with her football loving family.
