Stuttgart, 15.10.2024 – Bechtle AG has acquired ARWINET GmbH and its spin-off KubeOps GmbH, two companies that focus on the growth areas of cloud services and Kubernetes. The acquisition will in particular allow Bechtle to expand its capabilities around Kubernetes. KubeOps is a Kubernetes Certified Service Provider recognised by the Cloud Native Computing Foundation in collaboration with the Linux Foundation. Bechtle and KubeOps are an excellent fit, especially with regard to services for critical infrastructure companies.
A CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Tobias Schneider and senior associate Dr Maximilian Eitelbuß advised Bechtle AG on all legal aspects of the transaction. Bechtle is a longstanding CMS client and is regularly advised by CMS on M&A projects.

Bisingen-based ARWINET GmbH has 93 employees. Established in 2011, ARWINET GmbH and KubeOps GmbH generated sales of EUR 7.4 million in the last financial year, with public-sector bodies accounting for a substantial share.
