Stuttgart – The DSV Group, the central services provider of Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (Savings Banks Financial Group), has acquired two phases of the W2 Campus at Synergiepark in Stuttgart’s Vaihingen district from W2 Development and Competo Capital Partners. A carbon-neutral office complex with an area of around 23,600 square metres will be constructed at the location and become the group’s new headquarters. The new build for the DSV Group is the first element in the W2 Campus and is considered one of the most sustainable and innovative office projects in Stuttgart. It has been awarded internationally recognised LEED Gold certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
The foundation stone is expected to be laid in the early part of 2023. The DSV Group is scheduled to move into the new buildings in 2026.
A CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Volker Zerr advised the DSV Group on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction. The team provides the group with legal support on a regular basis.
