Marc Seibold is a CMS banking and finance partner who advises investors, banks and alternative lenders (e.g., insurance companies) on corporate, acquisition and real estate financing transactions. He combines profound market know-how with a specific understanding for his clients‘ requirements in order to develop customised and individual solutions. Marc has special healthcare sector expertise and also provides corporate law as well as M&A transaction advice.

He joined CMS in 2004 and became a partner in 2011. In 2008, he was seconded to Landesbank Baden-Württemberg in Stuttgart and New York.
