CMS advises holding company K. & B. Papertex on sale of three companies in the paper and plastic finishing segment

Frankfurt/Main – K. & B. Papertex Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, based in Karlstein am Main, has sold its three subsidiaries MDV Papier- und Kunststoffveredelung GmbH (Karlstein), Reisewitz Beschichtungsgesellschaft mbH (Penig) and Tech Folien Ltd. (Liverpool) to the Arjobex Group of France. MDV Papier- und Kunststoffveredelung GmbH and Reisewitz Beschichtungsgesellschaft mbH specialise in the coating and finishing of surfaces, technical films, and architectural films and finishes. Tech Folien Ltd. is a manufacturer of films. Arjobex is a mid-sized company whose activities overlap with those of the acquired firms, including in segments such as coating and equipment. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
