Cologne, 03.12.2024 - The LAB14 Group, a portfolio group held by private equity firm RSBG SE, has acquired Nanoscribe from Swedish technology company BICO. The purchase price is EUR 26 million. Nanoscribe is a perfect fit with the portfolio of the LAB14 Group, which invests primarily in companies operating in the micro- and nanofabrication sector.
An international CMS team headed by Dr Malte Bruhns advised the LAB14 Group, a longstanding CMS client, on all legal aspects of the transaction.
Nanoscribe is a technology company with more than 100 employees and over 4,000 customers worldwide. It develops high-precision 3D printing technology and specialises in Two-Photon Polymerisation (2PP).
