Silicon Valley/Hamburg – Mirakl, a leading provider of e-commerce software solutions, has acquired Adspert GmbH, a renowned adtech start-up based in Berlin. The acquisition strengthens Mirakl Group's presence in the retail media sector.
A CMS team led by Dr Eckart Gottschalk advised Mirakl on all legal aspects of the transaction. The advice included, in particular, the structuring of the transaction as well as the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation.

Adspert GmbH specialises in optimising advertising campaigns with the help of AI. Customers can set up advertising campaigns on a central platform, adapt them to their individual needs and optimise bids for advertisements on e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon and eBay, within the framework of budgets set by the customer. This allows customers to target the placement of their products in the search results of the respective platform.
