Theresa Lenger's practice focuses on IT contract law and data protection law, advising financial service providers as well as medium-sized and listed companies on complex IT and, in particular, outsourcing projects. She drafts software licensing and development agreements, advises on all legal issues relating to internet platforms and provides IT law support for M&A projects.
Theresa joined CMS in 2021. Prior to that, she had been working for an international consultancy since 2019. She has served as Counsel since 2026.
