Düsseldorf – Swedish investment company Storskogen has acquired a majority shareholding in Hans Kämmerer GmbH, based in Wachtendonk (North Rhine-Westphalia). Hans Kämmerer has around 100 employees. It manufactures and repairs wear and spare parts as well as complete components, primarily for the steel and metal-processing industries. Other components are supplied to the chemical and paper-processing industries. The acquisition sees Storskogen expanding its industrial activities in Germany and Europe. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
